ENERNET:-
The World Wide Energy Net
Let’s consider
two 4 mm2 electrical wires, that can stand the current of an electrical
shower.
Over there, we
can also inject more 5 kW on the other end of the wires, and we can install
one more 5 kW shower at any place at that wires, obtaining now 10 kW of
transmitted energy, at wires that are known as maximum 5 kW capacity.
To see that, we can cut
the wires between the showers, and so we have at the present time 2 conventional
separate installations; and now we make the connections again, and at that
peace of connected wire the current is “Zero” Amper. 0K?
Also, these 2 wires
have innumerous points where electrical energy of distributed generators
can be injected, and we can install two more electrical showers between
each one of these generators.
By doing so we
can multiply innumerable times the energy transmitted by any wire.
As a result, by
means of private distributed generators, we can increase at unlimited
rates, the transmission of electricity of a street, of a city, of a state,
etc.
And this can be done by using the existing system, that is, the government
does not have to invest a single cent in new plants, transmission towers,
sub-stations, transformers, distribution nets, etc.
HOW THE ENERNET SYSTEM IS CONTROLED?
A -To increase the generation and distribution until 50%, nothing is necessary
to do, because:
Asynchronous generators are excited by the grid, and if the grid is out,
the generator automatically stops to generate. Also the frequency and
the tension are commanded by the grid. Ali world grids are oversised,
because the peak hours, and because future consumers. Noting is to be
controlled.
B - To increase more than 50%, it is necessary to use and develop the
"PIug & Play" technology, weII known in the computer world. That means
that connected great generators and consumers has its own controller that
communicate with every other by the electrical wires. That is easy to
do today, because 2 poor telephone wires transmit trillions of bytes,
SO the robust electrical wires can also transmit very good the small quantity
of bytes necessary to control the entire system.
HOW TO GENERATE THE ENERNET ENERGY TO BE DISTRIBUTED?
A - With alternative sources: wind, rivers, biomass, sun, industrial and
agricultures wastes, etc; B - By means of co-generation: which is the
combination of Energy and Heat.
In a hotel, the co-generation can be done with a diesel-engine, or on
a GLP, or on natural gas inside an acoustical container, connected to
an E.E. generator. The E.E. which is produced is directly injected in
the electrical installation of the hotel, in parallel with the E.E. coming
from the concessionaire. The heat which comes from the refrigeration of
this engine, as well as the heat of its exhaust gases, can heat the water
of the showers, pools, laundry and make the ambient heating. This can
also be used in the refrigeration's of the central air-conditioning, of
the refrigerators and freezers, through the absorption cycle.
The generator controller is programmed "to provide the necessary heat"
of the hotel; and the surplus of electricity is sold to the concessionaire.
After four years of the amortization on the equipment, the hotel will
obtain an economy of 30% in its costs of energy/fuel.
- The co-generation in apartment buildings, houses, offices, hotels, clubs,
shopping centers, hospitals, etc, can be done preferably, or exclusively,
during the peak hours time. Besides generating electricity at this critical
time, we will have at the same time, a reduction in the consumption of
electricity, due to the substitution of the electrical heaters and coolers
by the system of utilization of the available heat.
- Eighty per cent of the electricity generated in the planet come from
big central thermoelectrical plants that throw away in the environment
50% of the energy of the fuels, because they do not use the residual heat
produced by its machines.
- On the other hand, the small and medium distributed co-generation, which
uses the residual heat, generates almost double the useful energy, with
the same quantity of burned fuel in the big central thermoeletrical plants.

By analyzing
the chart above, we can conclude that thousands of small distributed
co-generations
are much more efficient and economical than the equivalent central
thermoelectrical plants.
- ln order to measure the electricity, you just have to install two
registers with inverted levers.
- The contracts of the buying and selling of the electricity are not
necessary.
- The small generators with microprocessed controllers, together with
the net, are extremely safe, and also reduce the existing loss of transmission
~20% of all the electrical system. - The ideal computer is the one
connected to the precarious information net.
- The ideal generator is connected to the well-developed existing
electrical net.
- Due to the interchange of E.E., a generator of 0,3 kW is enough
to the necessities of energy of a normal house. But separate from
the electrical net, the generator of the same house should be at least
of 6 kW, that is 20 times bigger.

- The small private
plants would create more jobs and would promote the setting up of thousands
of new industries and small service companies (generators, controllers,
heaters, refrigerators which run on hot water, etc.)
WHAT CAN BE DONE TO PUT ENERNET INTO PRACTICE?
To eliminate the risk of "black-outs", to reduce the consumption of fuels;
to reduce the greenhouse effect; to be in agreement with the agenda 21
(reduction of CO2); to reduce the top consumption of electricity; for
a better use of the electrical installed system; and to triplicate, with
private capital, all the electricity generated in the world, we only need
the development of ENERNET and a single and simple laws which:
OBLIGES THE CONCESSIONAIRES TO BUY ANY FRACTION OF ELECTRICITY
AT COMPATIBLE PRICES.
We are looking for ideas and co-sponsors 50 that the ENERNET can soon
be a reality.
